JPG Media is looking for Part 107 Licensed Drone pilots for real estate media services. Our company works with over 500 agents in Central Ohio and can provide regular drone work. This is a 1099 independent contractor job that will offer a 6mth contract at first with the chance to be offered an extended ongoing contract with our company at the end. Training to provide us with the exact specifications of each shoot will be provided. This is a work for hire position with no editing. You will only be responsible for obtaining the media needed and sending it to our editing team.

Responsibilities:

• Part 107 License
• DJI Mini or better drone
• Own reliable transportation - this is a job that requires you to travel around the city to various properties. With valid driver's license
• Ability and willingness to travel around Central Ohio - including outskirt areas like: Newark, Lancaster, Circleville, London, Marysville, Delaware. Additional outlining areas may also be required, but will include a travel pay
• 20hrs of availability per week with a min of one weekend a month
• Must sign a non-compete, non-disclosure agreement for the protection of our clients private information and company proprietary information
• Must carry independent contractor insurance (we can recommend options as little as $40/mth)
• Must comply with JPG Media policies (including wearing attire at all shoots - will be provided)
• Must have reliable internet access to upload media after every shoot by 7pm
• Smart phone with plenty of data capabilities for apps needed while on the job.
• Not required but a plus: own equipment and willing to cross train on interior/exterior photography, videography, and 360 Virtual tours

Skills:

• Customer Service Oriented - this job requires you to interact with agents and homeowners. Being professional, responsible, and conscientious is a must
• Flexible & Patient - this job can sometimes require you to change plans in less than 24hrs or work with clients as they are getting the property ready.
• Ability to use Email, Chat apps, Dropbox, etc. Basic tech knowledge.
• Responsible - appointments are scheduled at a certain time and must be completed on-time.
• Professional - we are working with peoples property and are guests while in their home. Our team not only represents JPG Media but our agents as well and it is imperative that clients are comfortable and happy with us while in their home
• Must be fluent English Speaking

Education:

• No formal education outside of Part 107 Licensing is required
