Washington Motorist Safety Training school is growing rapidly and we are looking for positive and dynamic individuals to add to our team! We are committed to developing young people throughout our community and also giving you opportunities for advancement within our organization!
No previous driving instructing experience required, a background within education or coaching is preferred. However, we will train you to become a Driving Executive Coach!
Salary: $23.00 to $28.00 /hour $1000 Bonus Upon Certification and One Month Post Instructing
Job Type: Part-time / Full- Time
Driving Executive Coach Qualifications:
- Complete Instructor Training curriculum with WMST- (we help you obtain)
- Pass the DOL Knowledge and Skills Instructor Test- (we help you obtain)
- Apply for your Instructor License with the DOL
- Be willing/able to pass a background check
- Pre-hire drug test is required
- Must be 21 years or older
Driving Executive Coach Responsibilities:
- Help Development young people in one on one settings
- Create interactive conversation to help inspire coaching
- Be willing to spend time in a classroom and in the car with students
- Professionally handled conversations between parents and students
Driving Executive Coach Requirements:
- Possess a high level of positive energy, work with minimal supervision and communicate effectively with all types of students
- Enjoy teaching and working with teenagers
- Be able to work when students are out of school and weekends
- Have strong problem solving skills and be able to work independently
- Have public speaking, coaching, teaching or customer service experience
