Job Title: District General Manager, Southern Michigan

Pay Range: Starts at $55,000 salary based on experience

Job Description

A district general manager for GQT plays an integral part of ensuring that our theaters are all running at the highest level of quality and mirrors our company initiatives for service, cleanliness, and value. The DM works hand in hand with the theater general manager to accomplish the goals of each theater and provide oversight for quality control. This is an active job that includes weekly shifts in theaters. We are looking for an aggressive, achievement oriented, person who leads by example and is an example of servant leadership.

Weekly management oversight and direction to GMs

· Weekly oversight of three to four theater general managers. Current locations include Jackson, Kalamazoo, Three Rivers, and Battle Creek.

· Provide guidance to initiatives in the field.

· Ensure our service model and philosophy are being upheld.

· Review supply orders and approve.

· Review personnel schedules and payroll submittals and approve.

· Main liaison between corporate and GMs for marketing and other related initiatives.

Field Visits / Quality Control

· Rotate working in each theater a minimum of 3 times a month at each location with priority given to Fridays and Saturdays.

· Provide training modules on these visits.

· Field check of brand, presentation, execution of marketing initiatives.

· Collaborate with GMs to ensure goals are being accomplished at the theaters.

· Work with your GMs to ensure that all theater level initiatives are being met.

· Identify challenges in the field and craft solutions.

· Create solutions for ongoing challenges.

· Work with our team to create consistency and reliability.

· Deliver the GREATS platform and our pledge of value, cleanliness, and customer service.

Management Meetings

· Attend and participate in monthly meetings at the corporate office in Grand Rapids, MI or Lafayette, IN.

· Write and submit reports on the operation of each of your theaters on a weekly/monthly basis.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
