Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dish and Prep Team Member to join our team at Gram Cafe & Pancakes. As a Dish and Prep Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness of our kitchen and assisting with food preparation, contributing to the overall quality and efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
• Clean and maintain kitchen surfaces, equipment, and storage areas
• Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines for consistent food quality
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth workflow and timely food production
• Receive and store food supplies and ingredients
• Perform routine cleaning tasks as assigned by the kitchen manager

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
