This is a grant-funded position.
This position oversees the implementation and management of all services the OAG offers victims including but not limited to the Victim Notification Program, the Lethality Assessment Program, Sexually Violent Predator, Identity Passport program, and the Address Confidentiality Program; develops and maintains policies and procedures; supervises, evaluates, and conducts performance and development planning for staff, interns and volunteers; ensures that effective service provision is provided to victims of crime in cases involving appeals or habeas corpus proceedings, civil commitment of the Sexually Violent Predator (SVP) process and OAG-led prosecutions; and oversees the Identity Theft Passport Program. Furthermore, the position identifies funding sources; develops and maintains federal and state grants; monitors the Program budget; reviews and submits reports; provides direct services to include: researching files to locate victims for notification of case information, furnishing comprehensive explanations of criminal and civil court processes, providing crisis intervention and/or referrals; manages case files; assigns cases to staff and researches state laws and legislation to ensure the Program employs best practices regarding services.

Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must have three or more years of experience in program administration, personnel supervision, and grant/project management; a minimum of five years of experience working in the area of trauma (specifically victim or client services). Three or more years of experience in state and federal courts is strongly preferred. An undergraduate degree in behavioral science, criminal justice, management, or related field is required.
Preferred Qualifications
A Master’s degree or J.D. is preferred.
