We are currently seeking a Director, Retail Banking Strategy to join our team in Wichita, KS. As the Director, Retail Banking Strategy, you will be responsible for retail banking strategy, leadership, and sales management.

Essential functions of the role:
- Contribute to setting strategy for retail division regarding branch optimization, acquisition, consumer behavior evolution, omni-channel delivery, and other evolving products, services, and delivery models.
- Drive engagement in, and knowledge of, all channels in the customer experience, including digital capabilities
- Develop key talent management strategies to improve service quality, overall customer experience, financial results, and employee engagement
- In partnership with retail leadership team, develop strategies to ensure sales targets are achieved through people management, performance reviews, rewards, and recognition programs
Requirements
- College Degree, or level of education that, together with 10 years industry experience, enables the applicant to meet the job requirements.
- Banking and customer service experience required
- Senior level management experience required with a preference for multi-branch experience.
- Experience with retail banking strategy required, with a focus on identifying opportunities, scoping, launching and leading projects/initiatives
- Proficiency with large server-based applications and typical desktop software
- Successfully pass a credit check
