Mass General Brigham is looking for a hard-working, goal-directed, hands-on Director of Talent Sourcing and Outreach to lead key strategic aspects of Talent Acquisition.
The Director will create and implement recruitment initiatives, deliver robust candidate pipelines, and carry out the recruitment lifecycle while being a trusted advisor to internal customers and providing outstanding candidate experience.
In this role, you will lead and manage the sourcing team, hire a broad range of positions, and conduct talent market intelligence research to stay ahead of market trends and changes.
We are looking for a driven individual who will focus on attracting qualified candidates to produce a talent pipeline for current and future needs.
Successful candidates are experienced in sourcing talent with high-level critical thinking skills, and the ability to retain a high-functioning team, and have shown success in using social media, networking, and research skills to uncover great talent.
Position Responsibilities:
- Support and align talent acquisition processes to the organization’s strategic direction while serving as an advocate to department heads for recruitment tools and resources.
- Generate new insights and employ innovative ways to increase the candidate pool while maintaining quality.
- Research, analyze, and communicate the latest trends, demonstrate the use of data to advise the successful development and implementation of talent-sourcing strategies
- Partner with the Workforce Development and Diversity and Inclusion to promote Mass General Brigham as an employer of choice
- Ensure an excellent experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process

- Commit to understanding the Diversity & Inclusion Strategy across the Mass General Brigham System.
- Support the development and execution of diversity-related projects, including Employee Resource Groups, college and university outreach, and a strategic hiring program.
- Manage diversity recruiting job fair(s) strategy, including handling coordination, selecting Mass General Brigham representatives, identifying applicable job openings, and tracking results. Use Mass General Brigham's values to govern decisions, actions, and behaviors. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA) preferred
- 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- 5+ years of people and team management experience, preferably in talent acquisition or sourcing
- 5+ years of diversity recruiting experience and/or direct sourcing experience (Boolean search logic, job boards, associations, social media, and internet searches).
- 2 + years of experience managing a CRM and monitoring the usage and success of the resource
- Proven experience managing vendor relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail
- Ability to plan and implement a social media presence to attract talent
- Experience in successfully developing plans to attract talent outside the traditional channels of recruitment on job boards/postings
- Experience developing a hiring event strategy both virtually and in person
- Experience leading college and university outreach strategies
