Salary Range: $65,520-$73,102
Job Summary:
The Director of Residential Services has the primary responsibility of clinical oversite and monitoring of all Chautauqua Healthcare residential services and psychosocial rehabilitation services. Provides supervision of Chautauqua Healthcare psychosocial rehabilitation staff and residential substance abuse and mental health staff. Responsibilities include Ensuring documentation is done consistent with standards of practice, training staff, monitoring the department budgets, reviewing and signing documentation, updating policy and procedures, policy and procedure development, and collaborating efforts between the community and assigned departments.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related discipline.
- Valid license in Florida as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or MCAP preferred.
- Three (3) years’ supervisory/management experience.
- Preferred Residential treatment experience.
- Five (5) years’ experience in assessment and treatment of adult mental health disorders.
- Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.
Essential Duties:
- Assumes responsibility for overall coordination, administration, and program direction for:
- The Women’s Center, Psychosocial Rehabilitation, and Residential Services.
- Leads the hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating of employees in Psychosocial Rehabilitation and
- Residential programs.
- Ensures that persons served receive quality treatment services consistent with established standards of care. Understands 65D-30 and maintains standards of clinical practice in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Supervises programs and staff activities in compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Facilitates staff, supervision, and treatment team meetings.
- Actively participates in development and monitoring of program budgets, e.g., revenue and expenditures projections, monitor, and implementation and corrective action as appropriate.
- Develops, implements, and maintains department policies and procedures.
- Identifies and assists in the coordination of staff training needs.
- Completes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required and other duties as assigned.
- Deals with crisis situation effectively as trained in de-escalation trainings.
- Serves as a liaison to promote intra/inter agency communication.
- Maintain compliance with training requirements.
- Comply with Lakeview Center Inc.’s policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
