The Director of Operations is responsible for the day-to-day operations within their region (9 clinics across the Phoenix East Valley).
The success of a Director of Operations comes from a combination of clinical application, embracing a mentorship role with their employees and by building productive relationships within their community.
The Director of Operations will work with their Clinic Directors to foster the purpose, mission and values of Empower Physical Therapy; accomplished through promoting our culture, which at its core, is built on the love and care for all team members who collectively embrace the belief of putting patients first.
Through mutual accountability with Clinic Directors, they ensure our clinics follow company and regulatory guidelines while producing favorable patient outcomes, that result in achieving key targets and regional growth.
