Director of Nursing Services Job at SALMON Health and Retirement
Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center at Westborough is seeking a Director of Nursing Services to support the mission of the facility and nursing department, assuring that the total needs of all residents are met in a safe therapeutic manner; developing and maintaining a high standard of nursing practice; participating in the formulation of nursing care policies and assuring that all personnel adhere to these policies.
COVID-19 Considerations: In compliance with DPH regulations, all staff must be fully vaccinated against COVID 19
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate effectively in English through verbal and written means.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations and JCAHO LTC standards.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum three years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a facility of comparable size and complexity is preferred.
- RN license in good standing in Massachusetts.
- Must be able to demonstrate evidence of meeting baseline proficiency in the following competencies:

- A valid Massachusetts driver’s license.
