Director of Nursing
As the Director of Nursing, you join a team with a culture and mission to enhance the life of every person we serve. While our facility does short-term rehab, our true calling is in assisting residents who chose us as their home. We build lasting relationships with our residents, their families and other staff members.
The Director of Nursing plans, organizes, develops, and directs the overall operation of the Nursing Department to ensure the highest degree of quality resident care in accordance with all applicable regulations and law.
Education & Experience:
-Must have a minimum of an ASN degree from an accredited college or University
-Must have 2 years supervisory experience in a post-acute care or related setting
-Must currently be licensed and registered in Colorado, license must be in good standing
-Must have CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation
Specific Job Requirements:
-Participates in community health matters & projects as appropriate
-Liaisons with residents, families, & support departments to adequately plan for Resident Needs
-Collect & analyze data to coordinate performance improvement plans
-expert knowledge in field of practice
-Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when warranted
-Must be knowledgeable of State and Federal guidelines
-Maintain professional working relationships with staff members, vendors, families, etc.
-Displays integrity & professionalism by adhering to Holly Heights Code of Conduct
-Must be able to effectively manage & operate within budget
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
