Director of Montessori School Job at Tomorrow's Hope Montessori School
Join the Tomorrow’s Hope Montessori School team as a Montessori School Director. We are currently seeking a Montessori certified and experienced Director to guide the school through its first school year. As Director, you will inspire passion in your teachers, connect with families, build enrollment, handle the daily business relations, and work directly with children between the ages of 6 months through 6 years. Ultimately, creating a lasting impact and sense of fulfillment, each and every day.
As Director at Tomorrow’s Hope Montessori School, you will:
- Grow the enrollment by sharing your passion for and knowledge of Montessori philosophy with prospective families
- Collaborate with families and staff to support the educational needs of the children enrolled in the school
- Nurture your own personal and professional growth through ongoing training
- Play an integral role in the future operations, programs, and direction of the school as a whole
- Work directly with the ownership to balance the educational and business aspects involved in the daily operations
- As needed, grow the Tomorrow’s Hope Montessori School team by hiring, training, supervising additional passionate and committed personnel
Job requirements include:
- Montessori Teacher certification REQUIRED
- Previous management/leadership experience in an early childcare facility and/or Montessori School
- Ability to independently develop and execute strategy
- Strong communicative, oral and written, skills
- Computer literacy
- Well versed in the Bright from the Start, Department of Early Care and Learning guidelines and regulations
