Director of Monitored Medical Surgical (MMS) Job at Hillsboro Area Hospital
The Director of MMS must be able to work independently while leading a team of 30+ team members. Is responsible for the operations, fiscal responsibility, policy design and implementation, program development and staff development. The director must have the ability to effective communicate with patients, team members, physicians, families and outside vendors to obtain outstanding patient outcomes. Must be able to produce various reports to Administration, the Board of Directors, and other committees as requested.
This is an exempt leadership/management position that requires an IL RN license and a minimum of 3 years leadership experience.

Pay: From $15.50 per hour
