Director of Marketing and Communications - REMOTE Job at ClaimLogiq

The Director of Marketing and communications will be responsible for streamlining ClaimLogiq’s internal and external communications. You will partner across the organization in developing and implementing internal and external communication strategies to ensure unified, consistent, and engaging messaging that defines and promotes the identity and mission of ClaimLogiq. In this role, you will proactively inform and engage audiences by connecting daily activities to business goals, priorities, and long-term vision. This includes creating and publishing a wide variety of materials such as presentations, executive communications, and interactive content across a variety of platforms and audiences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to develop clear, concise, and compelling executive communications that support our business strategy (e.g., company meetings, annual reports, owner presentations, government communications, etc.)
  • Serve as a strategic advisor/thought partner for executives & their teams to craft and help them successfully deliver relevant messages to various internal audiences
  • Create, maintain, and execute an annual communication calendar to ensure we have a prioritized and scheduled timeline of events with key topics
  • Develop impactful communication materials (presentations, talking points, visual materials, videos, imagery, etc.) considering the needs/interests of our diverse audiences in our various locations and aligned with our values
  • Create communication aids, tools, and templates to be used by leaders to facilitate clear and consistent messaging across all audiences
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to execute on branding strategy and ensure all communications, materials, marketing collateral, etc are aligned
  • Partner with HR to create internal employee communications and employee engagement initiatives which promote employee recognition, celebrations, learning and development programs, employee benefits, etc, using a variety of communication channels (SharePoint, Office 365, dynamic HTML email, Teams, etc.)
  • Develop communications standards, processes and KPIs to ensure continuous engagement and improvement
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements

Skills, Knowledge, Education, and Experience
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with a wide range of corporate stakeholders, up to and including members of the executive leadership team
  • Experience in driving corporate communications across various online and print platforms
  • Collaborative and engaging, with a passion for communications
  • Relationship Building: Build constructive working relationships across the organization
  • Self-Management: Manage own time, priorities, and resources to achieve goals
  • Accountability & Dependability: Take personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work and achieve results with little oversight
  • Diligently attend to details and pursue quality in accomplishing tasks
  • Understand and learn from what others say
  • Convey ideas and facts orally and in writing using language the audience will best understand
  • Experience in or desire to learn graphic design a plus
Computer Equipment and Software
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and desktop publishing software
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Previous experience in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Physical Demands
Requires the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time, occasional stooping, and reaching; May require lifting up to 25 pounds; Requires a normal range of vision and hearing with or without accommodations; Position is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
