Director of Information Technology Job at ClearView Asset Protection
- Work in regulated industries such as, Department of Health, Law Enforcement, Military sites and other government entities
- Oversee special projects for local and federal governments
- Familiarity with Honeywell, Paxton, Alarm.com and Hanwha Products
- Ability to design and program Hanwha and Paxton security systems
- Install Grandstream phone systems
- Install phone, security and alarm systems for residential and commercial customers
- Certified/or trained in low voltage
- Enterprise Experience and Networking is a must
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
- Oversee other technicians on jobsite
- Tie workflow to schedule
- Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Produce timely and detailed service reports
- Document processes
- Design and assist in special projects such as "Smart Cities"
- Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
- Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
- Build positive relationships with customers
Requirements
- Must be able to pass PSP Background Check
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Must have time management skills
- Proven Field Service experience
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
- Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
- Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
Pay
- Based on experience, between $70,000-$100,000.00 annual
- Bonus offered for new contracts
