Human Resources Director

A favorite and well-respected client of Gpac seeks a Human Resources Director immediately. This is a full-service community bank that is customer service-centric and locally focused. This growing and secure financial group always has something going on! You will be a respected Officer in the bank and help extensively with strategy to grow your company meaningfully while strengthening the cultural integrity of your team!

Requirements:

• 5 years absolute minimum of direct HR responsibility
• Ability to budget for department
• Development and utilization of the HR software
• Vendor negotiation within company guidlines
• Works with recruitment efforts
• Oversees and involved with all aspects of the HR department
• People leadership/direct reports experience
• Working with current compliance, regulations, Title 7, etc
• Training of employees and career counseling for growth within the company
