Overview:

Frontline Managed Services is looking for a forward-looking Director of Finance to join our team. This position will offer the right candidate an opportunity to help transform the financial processes of a 1,000+ employee company that is continuing to grow. If you are motivated by the concept of building processes from scratch this is potentially the right role for you!

This role will be leading the FP&A function and providing decision support for all senior management. In addition, the role will lead the process of periodic reporting. The Director will also support special projects including the implementation of new systems into the accounting framework and financial due diligence and integration of business acquisitions. This position will report directly to our CFO.

Core Functions

• Budgeting and Forecasting – lead annual budget process and ongoing forecasts
• Monthly reporting - Provide financial results and analysis to senior leadership
• Business Partner – Provide reporting and commercial support for client teams and sales
• Commercial Modeling – Create models and be the main point of contact for all new opportunities
• Profitability – Manage ongoing metric analysis and provide recommendations for improved operations and profitability.
• Process Improvement/Automation – Will play a critical role either leading or participating opportunities to evaluate processes and automate through technology and process mapping.
• Integration – Lead finance activities for integration of acquisitions.
• Ad-hoc analysis and project work.

Qualifications:

• BA in Accounting or Finance, or another quantitative field
• MBA strongly preferred
• 8+ years of progressive experience in finance roles
• Thorough knowledge of GAAP and experience in consolidated financial reporting
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and comfortable with various reporting packages (Business Objects, PowerBI, SQL Reporting, Alteryx etc.)
• Ability and desire to solve complex problems and design processes and structure from scratch.
