We manage the strategy, marketing, recruiting, program development and retention efforts for our partner universities. We are currently seeking our next Director of Enrollment Services (DES). Working on behalf our university partners and reporting to the SVP of Enrollment Services, the DES manages a team of 5-6 enrollment managers. We are seeking an energetic leader with a great sense of humor and a love for coaching a team of high performers. We want someone the team wants to follow - not has to follow. Ideally, the Director of Enrollment Services has 5-7 years of experience in student recruiting or sales, as well as three years managing a team of 5-10 people. Enthusiasm, patience, a consultative approach and a passion for education are required.

Key Job Elements:

• Train and manage a team of 5-6 enrollment managers;
• Establish, forecast and achieve new student enrollment plans;
• Continual training and coaching - positive approach is a must;
• Ensure compliance with all EEI and Partner standards, ethical standards, and compliance with all federal, state and accreditation requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Attributes for our Director of Enrollment Services:

• Bachelor's degree, with a master's degree preferred
• Seven years of increasingly responsible experience in recruitment, sales (particularly in intangible products), or higher education admissions; two years management experience
• Track record of achieving goals within a corporate setting
• Superior organizational and problem resolution skills; ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to interact effectively as either a team leader or member of a team while working collaboratively with other departments
• Passion for education and helping people achieve their goals
• Keen interest in learning new things - ability to share what you have learned and teach others
• Willingness to work hard
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM

Salary Range: $94,000-104,000
