We are currently hiring for the position of Production Coach / Activities Assistant in our Vocational Department in Quakertown. Come join us and make a difference every day!

We are currently offering a $1500 Sign On Bonus for all newly hired Full-Time Staff. Plus paid Holidays and paid time off.

The Production Coach / Activities Assistants are responsible to assist individuals with intellectual disabilities in meeting their needs in daily tasks, including personal hygiene, direct care, and working with our supported individuals in attaining better job skills. Direct support professionals act as role models and provide assistance to workers while implementing our Individuals' support plans. Program safety, line production, and documentation are daily job requirements. These positions work in our Quakertown facility, primarily during daytime hours 8:30-4:30pm, Monday through Friday. this is a full time, benefited position - 37.5 hours per week. REQUIREMENTS:

· High school diploma or GED

· Must be at least 21 years old to be eligible for driving position

· Must have had a valid driver's license for at least 3 years and have an acceptable driving record according to agency policy.

· Some previous experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities helpful

· Good communication skills and computer experience

· Background checks are done on all applicants

The starting rate for the Production Coach / Activities Assistant is $17.00-$17.42 per hour based on amount of experience in Human Service related positions.
