NEW HIRING RATE 17.25/HOUR - CAREGIVERS NEEDED

We are currently hiring for the position of Direct Support Professional at many of our 23 group home locations. Many second and third shift positions available, and some day program shifts still available. We are looking for hard working, caring individuals with open availability seven days a week. No experience necessary, we will train the right individuals who wish to make a difference in the lives of our consumers.

Current available schedules at Neal House in Lebanon CT:

2nd shift 30 hours (Full time):

Sundays, Monday and Tuesdays 3 pm to 10 pm, Fridays and Saturdays 3 pm to 10 pm

2nd shift #2 - 30 hours (Full time)

Sundays 12 noon to 9 pm, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays 3 pm to 10 pm

Our average DSP earns approximately $36,462 per year. Our current new hire hourly rate is $17.25 per hour, plus currently a 1.00 per hour hiring incentive, with yearly increases for the first three years. Additionally, employees receive an annual benefit worth, on average, approximately $13,000 per year. This includes 13 paid holidays, 80 hours vacation, 40 hours sick pay, 16 hours personal time, fully paid medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 403B retirement plan, and flexible health spending accounts for employees who work at least 30 hours per week or more.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid CT Driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
