PrintMail Solutions provides print and electronic document outsourcing to regulated industries across the country. While the primary service PrintMail provides is transactional printing, many of our customers take advantage of our Direct Mail Services.
The Direct Mail Services Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing this service line, generating approximately $750,000 in annual revenue from existing customers. This role is currently an individual contributor role that works directly with customers and cross-functional teams to achieve high customer satisfaction and sales targets. Effective leadership in this role can enable growth of this service line and potentially warrant it becoming its own business unit in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-day sales and customer service for all direct mail requests from our customers to include order reception, requirements gathering, estimation, customer communication and sales order hand off to operations teams.
- Coordinate with operations teams as needed to ensure on-time and error free execution of sales orders as well as maintaining effective levels of inventory.
- Outsource projects that PrintMail cannot fulfill in-house and manage their fulfillment through effective vendor management.
- Act as the product owner for our Direct Mail Services line, understanding customer needs, how our existing capabilities can meet them as well as developing plans for how PrintMail can expand its Direct Mail capabilities and revenues in the future.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by working with our marketing, sales and account executive teams to position PrintMail as our customers vendor of choice for all direct mail needs.
- Maintain all processes and continually seeks process improvement internally and with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 10 years’ experience in the direct mail industry serving within customer service, operations, or sales roles.
- Understanding and hands on experience with direct mail printing and mailing core processes, software, hardware and various paper options.
Telecommuting:
- This position qualifies for telecommuting
- In-office candidates will be preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
