The Digital Signage Operator 2 position is responsible for secondary LED & Digital Signage in arena productions.
In This Role You Will:
- Program and operate secondary LED Boards, which consist of all Courtside Signage, Portal Signage and Corner Boards for In Arena Sports Presentation and or Digital Signage in Concessions & throughout the building concourses;
- Load & program upcoming events, nightly scores and sponsorship elements;
- Work with Primary Digital Signage operator and Event Producer to develop an entertaining fan engagement experience;
- Run end-of-event traffic reports for sponsorship & external clients;
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED completed.
- Currently enrolled in college degree program, preferrably Graphic Design, Broadcast/TV, Multi-Ledia Production or other relevant degree program, OR completed degree program from an accredited college or university.
- Knowledge of graphic programs such as Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.
- Able to program & design LED boards and Digital Signage.
- Able to work in a live fast paced environment.
- Able to establish effective working relationships with a variety of internal and external contacts.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willing to embrace and learn new technology.
- Strong planning and organization skills.
- Able to multitask, meet strict deadlines and strive for accuracy.
- Proficient in both Mac and Windows-based work environments, including the Internet.
- Must be able to work evenings, holidays, and weekends during NBA season as required.
Nice to Have:
College Degree in Graphic Design, Broadcast/TV or Multi-Media production.- 2-3 years in set up live TV broadcast, sports broadcast or live in arena sporting events and production.
- Hands on experience of Daktronics System in a Ross XPression environment preferred. (Knowledge of Daktronics Show Control may be substituted) Also knowledge of Imagine Communications display system.
- Knowledge and passion for NBA basketball.
