Reporting to the Manager of Tactical Marketing, this position coordinates the implementation, tracking and evaluation of marketing activities to generate awareness of and incremental patient volume for Temple Health's Women's Hospital and other key Temple Health initiatives. This person will help to coordinate paid search and paid social advertising, email campaigns, direct mail, event promotion and other digital marketing tactics. This person will also support the organic social media presence for the Women's Hospital and community health programs by identifying content opportunities, drafting posts and monitoring social media pages, and will coordinate closely with other digital marketing staff in the creation of new website content.

Education
Bachelors Degree : in a related field (Required)
Experience
3 Years experience in similar position in a marketing or content creation role (Required)
General Experience and understanding of CRM and marketing automation applications (Preferred)
General Experience with digital marketing tactics (such as paid social, PPC, programmatic, SEO, etc.) (Preferred)
40 Hours Per Week / 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
