Samson Pharmaceuticals is an FDA registered facility in Los Angeles. We manufacture cosmetics, supplements, OTC, and more. We have a variety of brands and we are looking for an online sales and marketing associate to join our team and help us manage and grow our online presence on various marketplaces such as Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, and more. It’s a plus if you can do graphic design
Tasks:
- Listing and managing our products on Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, and other marketplaces
- Upload pictures and monitor sales and reviews
- Arrange to ship orders for both B2C and B2B
- Perform daily tasks based on assigned work plan.
- Prepare reports on marketing and sales metrics
- Perform online sales activities to achieve company sales objectives.
- Collect and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)
- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
- Coordinate with the marketing design and content teams to generate digital and print advertising material
- Assist with organizing promotions
- Communicate with customers through phone, e-mails, chats and personal visits.
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop sales strategies and determine sales forecast and projections.
- Send fliers via mass emailing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
- You must be detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Computer proficiency is critical.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills are vital
- Working knowledge with CRM programs
- Proficiency with SEO/SEM campaigns

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
