Dialysis Nurse* - *(DAYS ONLY)* - Dialysis RN Permanent Position*

STAFFMAX HEALTHCARE is looking for an experienced, Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN). This is a permanent position located in Darby, PA.

PAY RATE

• Salary Range Yearly: 62,400 Min - 107,250 Max
• Salary Range Hourly: 32.00 Min - 55.00 Max

• $3,000.00 Sign-On Bonus

Dialysis RN will be responsible for coordinating and providing nursing care, training and education. This RN will work collaboratively with team members and participants in program development.
Primary Clinical Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

• Responsible for execution of dialysis program
• Collects, analyzes and records relevant patient health data accurately
• Analyzes assessment data to identify patient problems
• Develops a plan of care that describes interventions to attain expected outcomes
• Implements and records interventions to attain expected outcomes in EMR
• Evaluates patient progress toward attainment of identified goals
• Adheres to approved, research-based practice standards
• Utilizes equipment and materials in a safe and cost-effective manner

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• 1 year or more CURRENT Dialysis experience -* Required*
• Must be willing to float and travel to local area sites as needed
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to be insured - REQUIRED
• Copy of Current, Valid Driver License - Required
• Geriatric patient experience - Required
• NXStage Dialysis Machine experience - Highly Preferred
• CNN or CDN Certification - PREFERRED (If not in hand, must obtain within 1 year of start date)
• Crown Web EMR experience -* Preferred*
• BSN - Preferred

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

• Pennsylvania
• PA RN License must be active at the time of submission!
