*Responsibilities*

* Manage and future-proof our AWS Cloud infrastructure to follow and get ahead of our business growth

* Design, integrate and standardize foundational infrastructure, such as logs and time-series aggregation systems, CI/CD platform, etc

* Work with our Core Technology team to design, integrate and automate our next-generation low-latency trading systems with Terraform and Ansible

* Enhance and maintain the HPC Slurm infrastructure and distributed filesystems at the basis of our financial research

* Drive instrumentation of our applications and networks, and optimize infrastructure in order to optimize trading latency

* Harden our operating-system configurations with security and network performance in mind

*Qualifications*

* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

* 4+ years of hands-on DevOps experience in AWS

* Production experience with a configuration management system (e.g. Ansible); with logging/time-series systems (e.g. Loki, ELK, Prometheus, InfluxDB…); and with a CI/CD platform (e.g. Jenkins)

* Advanced knowledge of the TCP/IP and UDP stack; and familiarity with BGP/IGMP/PIM protocols

* Ability to work independently to identify problem areas requiring improvement, and design, select and execute a plan through to implementation and integration, taking on responsibility for end results

* Previous experience demonstrating strategic thinking skills, evaluating short/long-term factors, and maturity in tackling complex problems, dealing with people, technology and processes

* Reliable and predictable availability

* Able to work onsite on a daily basis

* Proficient in English, Mandarin capability will be a plus *

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
