Responsibilities
- Responsible work across multiple domains, including Cloud Architecture, Cloud Services, Hybrid Infrastructure, and DevSecOps to the entire firm.
- Responsible for addressing higher-level support tickets and can support a 24/7 environment when escalation is needed.
- Design, automate, deploy, and manage Armanino’s cloud infrastructure (multi-region network, compute, data and security), including PaaS, IaaS and SaaS.
- Work with tools to automate critical aspects of production systems such as configuration management and infrastructure deployment.
- Create and review technical design documents and share best practices to improve the operation of our systems.
- Perform regular cost management, particularly for AWS and Azure infrastructure.
- Define and remediate policies while managing resource lifecycle.
- Perform systems administration and focus on automation of operational tasks.
- Manage and secure Windows and Linux-based cloud systems and networks at scale.
- Application support
- Reporting/Compliance
- Other related tasks to support overall infrastructure configuration management and enforcement.
- Ability to quickly troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve all aspects of network, production, and software issues onsite and remotely.
- Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks
- Participates in project teams, ensuring assigned tasks are completed on schedule and escalates issues appropriately.
- Ensure compliance with software licensing for all dependencies on associated applications.
- Prepare, review, and distribute system development and user documentation.
- Pursues professional development opportunities. Maintains knowledge of supported systems.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years’ experience working with Azure services, such as, DevOps, API Management, etc.
- 3+ years’ experience working with Microsoft, including Teams,
- Understanding of Production Operations, Change Control, Security and Security practices
- Familiarity with information security tools and best practices.
- Working knowledge of at least one modern scripting/programming language (PowerShell, Python, C#).
- Using REST API for operations and integrations.
- Using IAM for managing authentication and role-based access.
- Strong communicator with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Motivated, self-starter, who can work independently or with a collaborative team.
