Detention Officer Job at CHEROKEE COUNTY DETENTION CENTER

*18 yrs old, HS diploma or equivalent
*No felony convictions or pending investigations
*Must be able to remain calm in high stress situations
*Multi-tasking and proficient typing skills required
*Must be flexible and be able to work 12 hour shifts
including days, nights, weekends and holidays
*Must be able to pass a drug screen at time of employment and random testing while employed, this includes marijuana.
