Position Summary
The Detail Specialist must have the ability to meet deadlines, attentiveness and extreme attention to detail is a must. Must have customer service skills and problem-solving abilities. Ability to stand, stoop and bend, work at a fast pace, and work with various cleaning products. Prior experience in detailing is preferred but not required.

Essential Job Functions

• Efficiently clean and refurbish new and used customer and dealer owned equipment (exterior and interior of equipment)
• Produce a professional finished product (exterior and interior of equipment)
• Assist in unloading trucks and reporting damages or shortages in shipment
• Provide backup assistance in lot maintenance and moving equipment for the Sales Department
• Maintain company vehicles, inventory, and tools in proper working condition
• Perform quality inspections on finished Equipment before delivering vehicles to customers
• Wash vehicle exteriors, using cleaning solution, water, cloths, and brushes
• Other duties or projects as assigned by management

Experience, Education, Skills, and Qualifications

• Ability to operate heavy equipment preferred
• Self-starter who can work independently and efficiently
• Ability to stand 8 hours or more per day
• Valid driver's license required
• High school diploma or equivalent experience required
