What You’ll Be Doing:

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases.
• Face-to-face interactions with prospective customers
• Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers
• Identify customer needs and utilize Minnesota Rusco’s proven sales presentation to negotiate and close the sale.
• You’re not just selling our customers a product; you’re helping them design their dream bath/shower/kitchen improvements, so creativity is a must!

Hard-Skills Needed:

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases.
• Driver’s license and clean driving record
• Basic computer / Math skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• 1+ years of experience in direct sales, retail sales, and/or customer service.

• Pay is 100% commission with monthly bonuses and incentives added - average Design Consultant earns $75,000+ their first year with us.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
