• Relationship Builder: loves people, comfortable talking to patients and learning their story and addressing their concerns.
• Highly organized: this skillset is very important in ensuring the smooth operations of the practice.
• Strong Communicator: know how to motivate people, express ideas, and not afraid to speak up and to resolve conflicts before they turn into drama.

The skillsets below are desired and required; however, we are willing to provide additional training for the right candidate:

• + Eaglesoft PMS Charting & Treatment Planning or similiar PMS software
• + Computer skills- 10 fingers typing and comfortable using MS Office
• + Dental Knowledge & Experience - procedures & terminologies - must know teeth numbers like the back of your hands!
• + Dental Billing & Treatment Planning experience
• + Customer service & management experience
