Treat Boulevard Dentistry is a family oriented dental office in Walnut Creek, CA. We are looking for an experience and professional front office individual to join our team. The candidate must be friendly, warm, cheerful, and possesses a positive attitude towards learning and growth. The right person must be positive, organized, have excellent listening and verbal communication skills, career oriented and willing to continue to grow and learn. We are dedicated to creating an exceptional visit for each and every patient consistently and are looking for that unique person who is aligned with this goal as well.
Our work environment includes:

- Greet and serve all patients as they arrive.
- Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.
- Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones.
- Verifying dental insurances.
- Collect and process payments.
- Communicating with insurance companies to determine patient's eligibility, coverage.
- Present and explain financial agreement and treatment plan relating to insurance coverage & copayments.
- Excellence with delivering high level Customer Service both in person and on the phone.
- Well-organized and reliable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
