Defined Contribution Plan Administrator - Entry Level Job at MGKS

We are looking for an entry level Defined Contribution Plan Administrator to train from the ground up. We are an actuarial and retirement plan administration firm providing TPA services for all size of employers. We work with business owners and their advisors to design, implement, and administer primarily 401(k) Profit Sharing Plans, Cash Balance Plans and Defined Benefit Plans.
Qualified candidates will be dependable, possess excellent communication, organization, and computer skills with the ability to work independently, in a team-oriented environment. A degree such as Accounting, Finance, Economics or General Business is a must.
Once fully trained, you will be assigned a designated block of clients to manage their plan's annual administration, including day to day communications with clients and/or advisors, with management of workflow projects and ensuring required deadlines are met. This position requires preparation of annual reports, tracking deadlines, interpreting, and reviewing plan documents, consulting and developing a positive working relationship with coworkers, clients and advisors. Education and Experience Required:
- College Degree

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
