We are currently seeking a detail oriented Data Entry Associate for a full-time position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include:
- Processing customer orders from start to finish and placing orders with suppliers
- Coordination with logistics companies and vendors to ensure orders are shipped and delivered on time
- Delivering superior service to customers and resolving customers' issues using problem-solving skills
- Documenting all customer information, communications and sales in CRM system
- Email marketing to prospective customers, and any other duties as assigned
- Answering phones
- Must be comfortable speaking on the phone and must have professional phone manner.
Qualifications:
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong dependability and follow through
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
This is an in-office Full-Time position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
