Position Description
Responsible for assisting in the execution of all inventory control functions including: running daily reports, tracking inventory, research discrepancies, maintaining inventory levels, month end reconciliation, yearly physical inventory, cycle count reporting, and driving continual improvements.
Essential Job Functions
- Cycle count process and assist with Item Accuracy metrics.
- Ability to navigate in Oracle and Windchill, as required
- Intermediate excel skills. Able to write formulas, filter data and lookup data.
- Able to complete cycle counts and research inventory discrepancies
- Understand and calculate cycle count metrics
- Assist with entering MDI (Managing for Daily Improvement) meetings
- Resolve issues with a sense of urgency, such as missing inventory issues
Education, Experience & Skills
- High school diploma
- 18 years or older
- Attention to detail
- Experience in warehouse materials manufacture environment
- Prior experience with Oracle preferred but not required
- Experienced with computers and Software
- Forklift experience minimum of 1-2 years
Physical Requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of internal company and external associates, both written and orally, including the telephone. Mobility within the work facility.
- Ability to stand 8 - 10 hours Daily
- Ability to bend, lift, reach and turn throughout the shift.
- Ability to distinguish colors (Not color Blind) due to need to determine temperature visually
- Visual Accuity for aligning and determine proper alignment.
- Ability to move freely and have sufficient reflexes to perform the same tasks repeatedly.
- 1st Shift will Can Start from 06:00 AM to 7:00 AM ( We will fix the Shift Times By Oct)
- 2nd Shift will start between 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM ( We will fix the Shift Times By Oct)
- Ability to lift 40+Lbs repeatably through the shift
- Breaks are Formalized, Scheduled and regulated due to the interconnectivity of the assembly line
- This will be a Tobacco Free Facility (No Smoking, No Chewing tobacco, No Smokeless pouches, No Vaping
- This is a Drug Free Facility
