Job Title : Cyber security awareness training Analyst
Duration Contract: 2 Years
Work Location: Los Angeles, CA
a. Support the administration of the cyber security awareness program, including planning, dissemination and tracking group and individual training requirements.
b. Develop and maintain information security awareness training activities that effectively motivate desired behaviors so our users handle data and systems in a secure manner.
c. Support comprehensive communication efforts that build cyber security awareness across the agency.
d. Support collection and reporting of cyber security awareness program metrics.
e. Identify cyber security training, education, and awareness activities appropriate for agency audiences, training requirements, and compliance objectives.
f. Understand the unique needs of the department (goals, services, tools, process) to produce effective and relevant communication strategies.
g. Help with the creation and enhancements of ITS branding initiatives.
h. Partner with various departments and ITS Leadership on their communication and change management strategies.
i. Partner with the team as liaison between ITS Security and other departments on cyber security awareness program activities.
j. Articulate process steps and evidentiary materials to auditors, inspectors, regulators, reviewers, stakeholders, and third parties.
k. Work with external vendors and agency partners as needed to establish quotes, production schedules, delivery, and implementation of materials.
