Do you have experience working in a Customer centric role previously? Do you have experience working directly with clients via phone, email and chat? LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our top clients in the Port Washington, NY area to fill a Customer Experience Specialist job. This position is an immediate temp to perm opportunity. This role is with a growing company - so there is growth potential internally once permanent!
The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting customers via phone/chat/email regarding order status, any questions about a product that the company sells, etc...
- Troubleshooting any issues the customer may be having
The requirements for this role include, but are not limited to:
- At least 2-5 years working in a similar role
- Must have a strong attention to detail and be a critical thinker
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
Hours: 8-5PM with an hour for lunch
Hourly Rate: $24
