We are hiring a Customer Service Representatives for one of our clients in North Miami Beach, FL.
Job Description:
- Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet and professional presentation software, such as Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Ability to handle the public with considerable professionalism, tact, patience, courtesy and communicate effectively
- Provide administrative support for Economic Development programs and activities, including:
- Application intake and review for completion for grants available to businesses and residents
- Schedule applicant meetings with residents and business owners, as needed
- Input program data and information into databases for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Organize and maintain hard copies and electronic files of records.
- Answer telephone, greet visitors and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist with scheduling inspections/walkthroughs with homeowners and contractors
Experience required:
- Experience in Accounts Payable
Work hours:
- 8am-4pm, Mon-Thu
