As a Customer Service Representative for our company, you will:
- Answer calls from customers who want to place an order from our ecommerce website.
- Answer incoming customer inquiries about product details, return policies, billing issues, and general concerns.
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies.
- Record customer information within our customer service database.
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
- NO outbound sales calls - we DO NOT call customers to try to sell them anything!
- Candidates must have a passion for working with people and offering empathetic support with a positive attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to use multiple computer applications while talking to clients over the phone.
- Looking for a minimum of one year of customer service.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Candidates must be available:
Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Saturdays may arise a few times a year.
