We are seeking a professional BILINGUAL Customer Service Specialist at our location. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for performing all tasks involved with Client Services.
Job Description(but not limited to):
- Processing, and packing orders.
- Resolve affiliates issues and complaints in a timely courteous manner.
- Process new enrollment applications
- Assist affiliates with their account to achieve the best outcome for them, note every account you touch.
- Support department goals, cooperate and MUST demonstrate a positive & welcoming attitude.
- Handling a daily accurate inventory
- Schedule Monday - Friday 9:30AM - 6PM
Qualifications, Education & Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent communications skills including both verbal and written. Must write clearly and concisely; use good grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Must be comfortable using a computer every day.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- 3 years minimum of experience in customer service and some managerial experience.
- Fluent in both SPANISH and English
- Possess a strong work ethic
- Superb etiquette
- Must be polite and speak professionally when speaking with clients
- High school diploma or equivalent.
