Customer Service / Field Agent

Mutual Aid Agency is looking for a licensed and experienced insurance agent who is enthusiastic about providing compassionate service to our policyholders and prospective clients.

This position requires a licensed, experienced insurance agent with effective oral and written communication skills, and a willingness to promote our greater mission, products, and services.

This role requires an individual who can appropriately solve for the spoken and unspoken needs our policyholders, always acting in their best interest.

We offer property and liability insurance products which indemnify our policyholders following property loss. Within that context, we are looking for a person to assist our clients in customizing insurance plans to meet their individual needs but will also pitch in on other tasks and opportunities to serve others, showing we care for our fellow team members and community too.

This role reports to the General Manager of the agency.

“I can work remote.”

While there will be occasional training sessions and meetings that will require a presence at the home office, much of this work will be performed remotely from your home. This role requires an individual who is focused, productive, and works well independently.

“I am available for travel.”

This position requires attendance at annual conference each year in July. In addition, this role will be required to come to the home office a couple of times a year for teambuilding and training. Other district conferences, onsite client meetings, networking, or educational opportunities may also be required. Within this context, occasional evening or weekend work may be necessary.
