Binson's Medical Equipment & Supplies in Center Line, Michigan is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
- This position requires you to be on-site at our Center Line, MI location
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Answer incoming phone calls from customers regarding respiratory supplies
- Scheduling patient appointments for Respiratory
- Accurate and timely entry of new customer information into computer system
- Assist in product inquiry
- Verify insurance coverage when needed
SCHEDULE:
- Monday - Friday
- Weekends and Evening on-call rotation required
