We are looking for a motivated indivudual to join our team full-time!
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquries.
- Manage various customer accounts and payment methods.
- Work with accounting and finance to process payment confirmations or declines.
- Assist customers with any and all questions
- Have a strong knowledge of our products and programs
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be at leat 18 years of age
- Must be able to commute to the Louisville area on a daily basis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
