Customer Service Associate is the team that interfaces with the public the most.
Daily responsabilites include but are not limited to,
- Checks voice and emails, answer emails and phone calls or forward to the proper person
- Maintaining office cleanliness: sweeping, mopping, disinfecting surfaces
- Provides information to the public concerning spay/neuter programs, TNR, and foster programs.
- Do intake and outcome paperwork, including making sure that all animals have kennel cards and info up to date in database.
- Work with Animal Control Officers to ensure records for intakes are up to date and complete, ie. Complete bite info., owner death, owner surrender info.
- Update forms that are used by shelter, medical, intake, etc.
- Assisting with the adoption process including paperwork and payment.
- Schedule appointments for walkthroughs, adoptions and adoption pickups.
- Normal office paperwork
- Working with transport, medical, and foster teams for scheduling
- Maintaining master calendar for all events
Training is provided by stray hearts and there are oppertunities for advancment.

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
