• If you are a high energy, self-motivated, people person who can make friends fast – you could earn $60-200k a year selling cars with no prior car sales experience necessary!
• Many of our top customer service associates have never sold a car in their life and have come from the restaurant and retail industry such as bartenders, servers, Nordstrom sales associates, cell phone store managers, mattress & furniture sales, and door to door sales reps!

What will I be doing?

• Help customers select the vehicle which best suits their needs
• Answers questions and helps move the digital transaction process forward
• Communicate effectively with customers through chat, phone, email, and in-person
• Single point of contact for the customer throughout the transaction
• Presents financing terms and protection products (ex: Extended warranties)
• Collects down payment, Driver’s license, Proof of Insurance, Proof of Income
• Communicates paperwork and logistic timelines
• Explain feature benefits
• Prospect for new business
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Process all transaction paperwork, with a high level of detail and accuracy
• Verify all customer documents as necessary

• Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record
