Customer Sales Representative - Closer Job at Spikes and Houles Feed Stores
Become a trusted animal and pet care expert with Spikes and Houles Feed Store! Our Loretto location is seeking to hire a Customer Sales Representatives for 1-2 closing shifts per week (close at 7pm M-F, 6p Sat, 5p Sun).

In this role you'll be able to answer questions from customers about how to care and provide the best nutrition their animals need and how to best tend to their lawns and gardens. We have many customers with horses however we see a wide range of animals including chickens, goats, and much more! You'll also have the opportunity to cross train with some warehouse duties to build even more experience!
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Sell specific products and services to consumers.
Discuss warranties and replacement parts.
Check inventory to ensure product is in stock.
Bag and package purchases.
Collect methods of payment and dispense change.
Collect and research information needed to identify and resolve problematic situations.
Count the day's money transactions at the end of the day.
Set up display cases and stock shelves
Ensure pricing is correct.
Distribute coupons and verify that coupons are not expired.
Other tasks and special projects as assigned.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Customer focused, excellent communication and listening skills, ability to learn and execute the concept.
18+ years old for closing duties
Physical Requirements:
Some bending/kneeling/stooping required.
Some carrying, moving, and positioning of objects and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
