As a Customer Service team member, you will belong to the "SEAL" team (Service, Expertise, Adaptive, Leadership). We are looking for someone who is outgoing, energetic, and willing to go the extra mile to help our customers. In our fast growing organization our Customer Service roles rewards driving customer happiness & can serve as a starting point for multiple positions such as, Customer Service Supervisor, Manager-in-training, Site Manager or Corporate positions.

Mint Eco Car Wash is a local Palm Beach County business founded in order to build a great organization focused on addressing the opportunity in the car wash industry in Southeast Florida. Mint Eco’s immediate-term strategy is to buy, build and operating a 50+ car wash portfolio primarily in Palm Beach and the surrounding counties. Mint Eco’s development plan is for $350,000,000+ of acquisitions and development in 7 years.

Role Requirements

Customer service/sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train anyone who is willing to learn.

The responsibilities of the SEAL team member include but are not limited to:

• Understanding and consulting customers the different services, Mint Eco car wash offers.

• Making recommendations to customers, based on assessments of car.

• Making sure that customers understand the services they purchase.

• Maintaining a balanced cash drawer throughout the day.

• Opening and closing the front end of the shop (rolling sales carts, fans, signs, etc. in and out for the day).

• Ensuring the quality of work is enforced by providing the customer with a clean vehicle through inspection.

• Assisting the manager with customer complaints.

• Communicating with managers and supervisors throughout the day to ensure efficient operation of the car wash.
