Responsibilities:

  • Triage technical issues arising post-deployment of the Sphere Technology stack - consisting of hardware (PARCS), software (product and solution)
  • Interact with all layers of the support stack and technology team leads to ensure issues and bugs reported in the field are correctly categorized, prioritized, communicated, documented and root-cause analyzed
  • Travel as needed to support clients and SP+ ground staff

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on customer support in a technical or non-technical role of which at least 2 years has been client facing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adept at using Google Apps - in reviewing requirements documents, writing root cause analyses, preparing spreadsheets and pivot tables, collecting feedback in google forms
  • Experience in Google Apps Script is a plus
  • High energy, motivated and adaptable to a fast pace environment
  • Strong multi-tasking capability
  • Willingness to travel out-of-state, as needed (approximately 25%)
  • A programming background is a major plus
  • An understanding of technical concepts such as IoT, backend, frontend, database, web technologies, security etc. preferred
  • Well-organized and process-oriented
