The Role:

Mission: Achieve excellence in scheduling Customer Center orders and deliveries

Main responsibilities:

• Daily Customer Contact to manage orders received, recognizing a sense of urgency …
• Communicate effectively with Order Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Purchasing, and the production line to facilitate on-time delivery. Emphasis shall be placed on routine communication with the Customer Center order administration group to ensure that customers are up to date concerning the status of open orders and expected deliveries
• Schedule and release orders for equipment based on available manpower and component availability. Emphasis shall be on meeting published lead times and customer delivery requirements
• Assemble shop packets (paperwork including labels, work instructions, drawings) prior to start of production
• Communicating daily with shop floor team on Delivery Requirements

General responsibilities:

What we expect of you?

Experience / Educational requirements

• Bachelor in Engineering/SCM, with 3 years+ in Supply Chain/MKT or equivalent experience

• Exposition to International business environment & Large company

• Fluent in English

• Use of IT tools like ERP (BPCS), MES, MS-office

Personality requirements

• Positive attitude, constantly raising the performance bar, being proactive

• Reliable, with strong sense of time ownership, with a never give-up attitude

• Very Accurate in IT transaction, and being Customer Oriented

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, high ability to work in teams

• Prepared to work within demanding production environment

• Well organized in your work, action and result oriented, undisputable ethics
