Blaise Alexander Business Development Center in Downtown Williamsport, PA is looking for Customer Service Specialists to join our growing team!

Training pay is $15.63/hr* (Opportunities available to make more after 90 days!)

We provide a training program for all unexperienced employees. Must be flexible for nights and weekends.

Schedule is 8:30 AM - 5 PM with 2 days a week 11:30 AM - 8 PM and every other Saturday

A Day in the Life of Customer Service Specialist (but not limited to)

• Answering incoming phone calls and online inquiries
• Use precise scripts provided by the dealership when responding to customer inquiries to satisfy the dealership and manufacturer goals
• Project a warm and helpful approach while answering queries and providing general or related vehicle sales information
• Schedule sales appointments for dealership salespeople
• Collect and track all customer information as directed and record it appropriately into the BDC database
• Maintain and communicate to our customers a high level of product and inventory expertise

Key Goals to Meet

• 6-8 confirmed appointments scheduled per day
• Number of outgoing calls per day: 80-100
• Create good public relations consistent with effective use of timelines
• Update and purify customer records
• Follow direction of the BDC manager and sales management team

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• HS Diploma or Equivalent
• Clean criminal background record
• Upbeat, positive, “smile” while you dial
• Ability to be self-motivated
• Ability to manage heavy phone contact
